This is a 4-room apartment located on the ground floor of a detached chalet, offering peace and comfort. You are 150 meters from the Choucas slope and 250 meters from the nearest bus stop. The apartment features a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, raclette machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and other appliances. A deposit for the apartment and a cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival. Bed linen, towels, a ski storage room, uncovered private parking, a vacuum cleaner, a cleaning kit, and laundry service are included. A baby kit (cot and high chair) can be provided on request. Television and WIFI are included at no extra charge. You are responsible for end-of-stay cleaning, or you can request a cleaning service for an extra fee.
